Per method

What each payment method costs.

A buyer pays the way their market pays, and each of those rails prices differently. These are the rates behind the plan.

FAQ

What people ask before signing.

Is there a minimum or a setup fee?

No setup fee, and no monthly minimum on Standard. Scale is a flat monthly platform fee that buys the lower per-transaction rates; on a typical mix it pays for itself around $125k a month, and the calculator above works out the crossover for your own mix rather than making you take that number on faith.

Do I pay for failed payments?

No. Rates apply to successful payments. Declines, retries and recovery attempts cost nothing, which is the point — recovery should not be a line item that grows when your approval rate falls.

What happens to fees on a refund?

The payment fee is not returned on a refund, which is standard across the industry because the interchange behind it is not returned to us either. The chargeback fee is returned in full when you win the dispute.

Who pays the currency conversion?

You choose. Either the buyer is priced in their own currency and you settle in yours with the conversion on your side, or you price in your currency and the buyer's bank converts. The first converts better; the second costs you nothing.

How does crypto pricing work?

One percent of the payment, with the conversion to your settlement currency priced at the rate confirmed on chain. There is no separate spread and no exchange account to run.

Can I keep my own acquirer rates?

On Scale and Enterprise, yes. Route through your existing providers and keep their contracts and rates; you pay the platform fee for orchestration, reconciliation and failover rather than a second processing margin.

When can rates change?

Published rates change with 30 days' written notice. Negotiated Enterprise terms are fixed for the contract term.
